Implant Surgical Guides
An implant surgical guide is a 3D-printed template, designed by combining CBCT and digital impression data, that positions each implant at the exact depth, angle and location planned in advance — reducing surgical guesswork and improving predictability, delivered within 3–5 days of the scans being taken.

How a surgical guide is designed
We overlay CBCT bone data with the digital impression of the arch, then plan implant position virtually with the treating dentist before the guide is 3D-printed. The result fits over the teeth and directs the drill exactly where planned.
Common uses: single or multiple implant placement, full-arch implant rehabilitation, and cases where precise nerve or sinus avoidance is critical.
Is a surgical guide right for your patient?
Single implant cases
Improves accuracy in tight spaces or near critical structures like the inferior alveolar nerve.
Multiple / full-arch implants
Keeps every implant aligned to the planned prosthetic outcome across a full-arch case.
Complex anatomy
Reduces risk when bone volume is limited or anatomy near the sinus or nerve requires precision.
Turnaround time
Typically 3–5 working days from CBCT and digital impression to a print-ready, delivered guide.
Inputs required
A CBCT scan and a digital (or scanned) impression of the arch, plus the planned implant positions.
Delivery
The physical guide is delivered to your clinic, along with the digital plan for your records.
Collaboration
Our radiologist reviews the virtual plan with you before the guide goes to print.
